1-Home Housing Cooperative ("1-Home", "we", "us") respects your privacy and is committed to protecting your personal data in accordance with the Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173), its Implementing Rules and Regulations, and issuances of the National Privacy Commission.
Information we collect
When you send an inquiry through this website, we collect:
- Your name, email address, and mobile or Viber number
- Your country of residence
- The details of your inquiry and the program or project you are interested in
- Technical information such as your IP address and the date and time of your submission
PMES registration is handled through a separate online form (Google Forms), which is subject to Google's privacy policy in addition to this notice.
How we use your information
- To respond to your inquiry and provide information about membership, G.L.A.D., and our projects
- To process your membership and share capital, if you proceed
- To protect this website from spam and abuse
We do not sell your personal data. We do not use it for purposes unrelated to the above without your consent.
Sharing of information
Your information is accessed only by authorized 1-Home personnel. It may be shared with our financing, legal, and OFW-support partners only when needed to process a request you have made (for example, a housing loan or legal consultation), or when required by law.
Storage and retention
Submissions are delivered to our official email accounts and recorded in a secured log on our web server. We keep personal data only for as long as necessary for the purposes above, or as required by law, after which it is securely deleted.
Your rights
Under R.A. 10173, you have the right to be informed, to access, to object, to correct, to erasure or blocking, to data portability, and to file a complaint with the National Privacy Commission. To exercise any of these rights, contact us using the details below.
